This machine is will GRIND, MILL, BELT, and POLISH a part in one clamping. The Schutte WU 305 Linear is used by orthopedic companies around the world to produce knees, hips, rasps, broaches, reamers and much more. ITM International Tool Machines RTG Rotary Transfer CNC
Tool Grinder.
This multi station grinding
machine was specially built by ITM to manufacture high quality endmills
at very high rates of production. It has three grinding stations
(fluting, OD primary secondary, end grinding) and a load/unload station.
The tools are automatically transferred from station to station via a
rotary transfer device. 80 tool capacity loader.
The cycle time to produce a complete tool is equal to
the longest operation (usually fluting) plus one index.
